Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all bookings, quotations, packages, and services by GARVASH Events.

1) Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after the advance/booking amount is paid and the booking is acknowledged by GARVASH Events (written confirmation via WhatsApp/email/invoice).

2) Quotation & Scope

All quotes are estimates based on available information. Final pricing may change based on guest count, venue rules, city logistics, vendor availability, and last-minute client changes. Any extra requirement will be billed additionally.

3) Payment Schedule

Unless agreed otherwise:
• Booking Advance: Required to block dates/vendors
• Mid Payment: Before execution stage
• Final Payment: Must be cleared before event day / setup start

4) Cancellation by Client (Strict Policy)

Client cancellation is not allowed at the last moment because vendors, inventory, and manpower are blocked. If the client cancels at any stage:

• No Refund Policy: All paid amounts are non-refundable.
• Vendor Loss Recovery: Client agrees to pay any non-recoverable vendor costs already committed.
• Date Blocking Fee: The booking amount is treated as a date-blocking/commitment fee.

5) Emergency Reschedule (Only with written application)

In genuine emergencies (medical/legal/natural issues), the client must submit a written application with proof (if available). GARVASH may, at its discretion, offer:

One-time reschedule (subject to date availability)
• Vendor re-booking fees may apply

No refund will be provided even in emergency cases. The amount may be adjusted only as per vendor policies.

6) Cancellation / Delay due to Force Majeure

GARVASH is not responsible for cancellations/delays due to events beyond control: natural disasters, government restrictions, venue shutdown, strikes, riots, weather conditions, or vendor unavailability due to circumstances. In such cases, rescheduling will be attempted but refunds are not guaranteed (depends on vendor policies).

7) Client Responsibilities

Client must provide accurate details (dates, timings, venue permissions, guest count). Any delay caused by incomplete information may impact execution.

8) Content & Portfolio

Photos/videos may be used for portfolio/marketing only with client permission. If you want “No Media Usage”, request in writing before the event.

9) Disputes & Jurisdiction

Any disputes will be handled under applicable Indian law. Jurisdiction will be the company’s operating city (Mumbai / Varanasi), unless otherwise mentioned in the agreement/invoice.
